DUAL Softswitch is charged at a fixed monthly fee depending on the size of the switch you lease.  The size is determined by the maximum number of concurrent calls that the switch can handle.  There are extra charges for RTP Proxy channels.

 

The Licence box on the left sidebar of the DUAL Softswitch Administration System shows the current balance on your account, which is maintained in Pounds Sterling (GBP).  You can add funds to your account by wire transfer, Western Union Quick Pay, Verified PayPal accounts and credit cards.

 

Once your account has funds, you can use this balance to extend your DUAL Softswitch licence, buy support time, buy our A-Z termination or our UK direct route.  This is referred to as "allocating funds".
