Windows softdialler

Your customers can download a softdialler from the CDR Control Panel by following the Windows dialler link in the Main menu navigation box.  The dialler will work on all versions of Microsoft Windows.  A link is provided for downloading the installation file.  After the installation has concluded, shortcuts to start the dialler will be available on the PC's desktop and the Start Menu.  When the dialler is started for the first time, the Audio Setup Wizard will start, which will guide your customers through choosing the correct audio devices.

 

The softdialler uses the G.711A codec only, so you will need to ensure that your carriers also support this codec.

 

You can control whether or not the softdialler is made available at your customers' CDR Control Panel.  This feature is available by following the Windows softdialler link in the Accounts box on the sidebar of the DUAL Softswitch Administration system.  From this page, you can download your softswitch's dialler for testing.  At the bottom of the page, there is a form that you can use to control whether your customers may download the dialler.
