We sell a direct interconnection with the UK PSTN under our 44Direct product.  This direct route provides excellent quality, service availability and low PDD.  You can create a 44Direct account online.  Once you have received your 44Direct account number, you should inform our technical support team by sending an email to support@dualsoftswitch.com. They will associate that account with your DUAL Softswitch account.  By purchasing calling credit through your DUAL Softswitch account, you benefit from advantageous terms of business compared with standard 44Direct customers.

 

Clicking on the Allocate funds link in Licence box takes you to a page where you can add credit to your 44Direct account.  Enter the amount of credit required in US Dollars and press the Continue button to initiate the transfer.  The exchange rate between Pound Sterling and US Dollars is shown below the form.

 

If you have sufficient funds in your DUAL Softswitch account, then your 44Direct account balance will be updated immediately and the new balance will be displayed.  If your balance is too low for the allocation, then you will need to make a payment into your account.
