Account sign-up site

Optionally, you can allow your customers can use an online control panel for creating new accounts on your VoIP service.  Each DUAL Softswitch installation has a unique URL for your sign-up site.  To find out your URL and make changes to your signup site, click the Sign-up site link in the Accounts box on the sidebar of the DUAL Softswitch Administration system.

 

Your unique signup URL is show at the top of the page and you can link to this page on your own web site.  It is possible for this site to be configured to use your own domain name.  The form also displays a form that you can use to change some aspects of this service:

 

Signup enabled

The signup site for your DUAL Softswitch will only be available if this button is ticked.

Default tariff

Select the tariff that will be applied to all new accounts that are created online.  You can change the tariff once the account has been created.

Default steps

Select the rating steps that should be used to calculate call costs on all new accounts that are created online.  The first number refers to the minimum charged duration, and the second number refers to the incremental charging steps after the minimum duration has been reached.  You can change the steps once the account has been created.

Notification emails

If this box is ticked, then you will receive an automatic email each time a new account is created online.

 

Changes will be applied when you press the Continue button.  The next page will show the newly allocated account number and password at the top and will allow further account settings to be changed.
