Clicking on the Rates link in the main menu takes a customer to a page from which they can view and download their calling rates.

 

The first section of the page has two links for download their base tariff in Microsoft Excel format.  The first link downloads a workbook showing each destination and the per-minute rate for calling that destination.  The second link downloads a more detailed workbook that includes the dial codes.  The Excel sheets are automatically generated using the tariff and dial code information that you upload on the Administration System.  The workbooks show details of the base tariff for a customer's account.  They do not include any Special Rates that you have assigned to an account and do not take discounts into account.

 

If you have uploaded tariffs to be implemented at future dates, then these are also available to download in Excel format.  Again, the workbooks are automatically generated and include a change column that shows if the rate has increased or decreased.  When you upload a tariff change, customers on that tariff will automatically be sent an email advising them that a tariff change is scheduled, and inviting them to download the change from this page.

 

The final section of the rates page includes a calculator that can be used to query the actual rate being charged now to a chosen destination.  This calculator takes into account the account's discount and any Special Rates that you have applied to the account.
