Making a payment

You can make an online payment into your DUAL Softswitch account by clicking on the Add funds link in the Licence box on the left sidebar of the DUAL Softswitch Administration System.  Payments are accepted using most credit cards and Verified PayPal account.

 

If you do not have a history of payments with us, then your transaction may be deferred for manual processing, so you should at least one working day for payments to be credited to your account.  You will be informed of the progress of this process by email.

 

Once you have successfully added funds to your DUAL Softswitch account, you can allocate these towards extending your DUAL Softswitch licence; buying bulk support time or our VoIP termination services.

 

We also accept payments by wire transfer and Western Union Quick Pay.
