Domain names

The standard URLs for reaching the DUAL Softswitch control panels are:

 

•http://my.dualsoftswitch.com/
•http://cdr.dualsoftswitch.com/
•http://callshop.dualsoftswitch.com/
•http://signup.dualsoftswitch.com/

 

If you have registered your own domain names, then these can be used to reach the control panels on our server.  You will need to create DNS A-Records to point to the IP address of our web server.  Please contact support@dualsoftswitch.com to find out the IP address.  When the A-Records have been built, please send the details to support@dualsoftswitch.com so that our web servers can be reconfigured to accept requests to those names.

 

If you use your own domain names, then your customers will not be prompted for your Provider Name when they log on to the CDR Control Panel or Call Shop Billing System and their control panels will not be branded with the DUAL Softswitch name.
