Control panels

As the administrator of a DUAL Softswitch system, you have access to the web based Administration System at http://my.dualsoftswitch.com/. You can log on to this system using your Provider Name and password. These were allocated to you when you signed up for the service.

Your customers have access to three web based control panels:

CDR Control Panel

This control panel is at http://cdr.dualsoftswitch.com/. Your customers can view their calling balance; their call records and download their rate tables in Excel format. These Excel rate tables are automatically generated by DUAL Softswitch when you upload a new tariff. They can also view and print invoices for their payments to you.

Call Shop Billing System

Your customers also have access to a powerful Call Shop Billing System allowing them to manage pre-pay or post-pay call shops. The billing system is available at http://callshop.dualsoftswitch.com/.

Account sign-up site

This optional sign-up site allows your customers to create accounts online.

Your customers log on to the CDR Control Panel and the Call Shop Billing system by entering your Provider Name; their account number and their password. The account number and password is automatically allocated when you create a new customer account.

These three control panels can be customised in the following ways:

1.	You can use your own domain names to reach these sites, in which case, you and your customers will not be prompted for your Provider Name during the logging on process.

2.	The top section of all pages can be replaced with your own HTML code.
