Call records for an account are available by clicking on the Call Records link in the Quick Links area of an account page.  They can also be reached from the home page of the Administration System by entering an account number in the Account activities box and pressing the Call records button.

Initially, a summary is presented showing the account's activity for each month.  Clicking on a month name shows a similar table, but summarising the activities for each day of that month.  Both tables show the following information:

The number of connected calls
The total minutes connected
The total charges of the calls to the account holder
The total profit of the calls, based on the carrier's rates.

The final column presents a link for downloading that day's call records in a Microsoft Excel workbook.  Separate CDR files are generated for each block of ten thousand calls.  CDRs cannot be downloaded for the current day.

If call records for a particular date are available, then that date will also be a link that will take you to a table showing the individual call details for that date.  This table shows the following information:

The time that the call was connected.  All times are shown in GMT (UTC).
The number dialled.
The destination of the number.  This text is extracted from the Dial Codes data that you have defined.
The duration of the call.
The caller.  This information is presented as the caller's user ID and their IP address.  Clicking on this link will provide information on the IP address.
The equipment used to make the call.
The codec negotiated for the call.  This codec negotiation takes place between the calling party's equipment and the carrier's equipment.  If the codec is shown in bold text, then an RTP Proxy channel was used for the call.
The charge to the customer for the call.
The cost of the call, calculated using the carrier's rates.
The carrier used for the call.  Clicking on this link will take you to that carrier's settings page.

A link is available on this page to download the call records in a Microsoft Excel workbook.  This will download the first ten thousand call records.  If more than ten thousand calls were connected in the day, then the export link in the monthly summary should be used to download multiple files in blocks of ten thousand.  Call records cannot be exported for the current day.

Call records are removed from DUAL Softswitch after six months, but the monthly and daily summaries are never removed.
