Accounts

All of your customers are organised into separate Accounts.  Customers make calls by authenticating their VoIP equipment into their account using a unique account number and password.  Each account has a calling balance.  If an account's balance plus its credit limit (available funds) is positive, calls are allowed to proceed.

 

Each account is allocated a tariff, and the tariff determines the per-minute rates that the account will be charged.  These rates can be overridden by setting Special Rates for an account.
